he nearest airports to the Chateau are Bordeaux (1 hour by car) with British Airways, Air France, Air Lingus, BMI Baby and FlyBe and Bergerac (1 hour by car) with Ryan Air and British European.  There is also a daily train service from London to the local main town of Libourne (20 minutes). Both have pre-bookable car hire facilities.
